James Dooley: Speed to lead is one of the most important factors in converting enquiries. As a lead generation agency, we have to make sure our clients respond fast. Today I’m joined with Kasra Dash and I want to jump straight into GoHighLevel CRM software and why it has been so effective at improving our speed to lead.
Kasra Dash: A lot of people focus on ranking on Google, running PPC or generating Facebook leads. That part is great. But if your speed to lead is slow, you lose deals. If your sales rep is at lunch and the lead needs contacting immediately, there is a drop off. The data shows responding within the first five minutes is critical.
What we’ve done for our clients and on our own sites is use GoHighLevel to automate that first touch. If someone fills in a contact form, they instantly get a response. It might say, we’ve received your details and will call you within 20 minutes. Or something simple like, we’ll be calling you from this number shortly. That warms the lead up and adds extra touch points before the sales rep even picks up the phone.
