James: For commercial, I don’t think social ads work as well. Commercial buyers have more search intent, so I’d focus on SEO and PPC.
Kasra Dash: I totally agree about the therapeutic videos. A time-lapse of a two-hour driveway cleaning works incredibly well as a Facebook lead-form ad. But commercial clients won’t browse for entertainment — they’ll search for “commercial pressure washing,” so SEO matters more there. Make sure your website targets the right keywords.
James Dooley: Exactly. SEO is more than ranking — it’s authority, expertise, trusted signals, accreditations, and lots of before-and-after photos. Organic content also works well, especially YouTube. People watch 30–40-minute pressure washing videos that get millions of views.
