James Dooley: So if I have a chiropractor business and I want to get a consistent flow of inquiries and new patients for my practice, what would you recommend to grow a business like that?

Kasra Dash: From a chiropractor’s point of view, I’d start with local SEO. The first thing is making sure you have a Google Business Profile set up for your clinic location. Then make sure every happy patient is encouraged to leave you a Google review. When people search for “chiropractor in London,” “chiropractor in Manchester,” or wherever you're based, the Google Map Pack shows up — and the clinics with the most five-star reviews tend to rank first. So locally, get as many reviews as possible and optimize that profile. The second thing is teaming up with a lead generation company. Over at FatRank.com, they supply a lot of chiropractor leads. You must qualify, and you must have someone ready to respond very quickly. In this industry, many leads fill out multiple forms, and the first person who responds usually gets the job. Ideally, you want response KPIs under a minute, or at least under five. A receptionist, office manager, admin, or virtual assistant can handle that. There are many lead gen companies out there. Not every website visitor becomes a patient. If you get 100 visitors and only 30 convert, you need to get in front of the remaining 70 again. Facebook retargeting is perfect for that.
