James Dooley: So Kasra, if I have a boiler installation business and I'm looking to grow the revenue and acquire new customers, how would you do it? Kasra Dash: Boiler businesses have three major players. You've got SEO, PPC, and a lead generation company. I'd look for another lead generation company too. That could be PPC, which is very expensive, or SEO, which is also costly but a long-term play. There are other aspects to talk about, but would you go down the route of traditional marketing or social media? James Dooley:
I think you could do social media videos explaining things like: if your boiler is making a sound, try this, or if radiators are half cold and half hot, explain why.
