Kasra Dash: Today we're talking about how to generate more cleaning leads for your cleaning business. We've done this for commercial cleaning, office cleaning, and home/domestic cleaning. We’ll break down the strategies you can use to grow your business in 2025. I'm joined by James. Take it away. James Dooley: Step one for growth is optimizing your Google Business Profile. If you already have one, reach out to existing clients to get as many five-star reviews as possible. GBP is a great way to generate more local leads. Make sure you're getting citations, posting regularly, and uploading photos. That’s step one for generating local leads. Kasra Dash: Step number two, which builds on your GBP, is creating dedicated service pages on your website. These should be SEO-optimized pages for each individual service. Doing this helps those pages rank and also increases the chances that your Google Business Profile will rank for those same keywords. That means more phone calls and inquiries. James Dooley: Another option for local leads is PPC lead generation—Google Ads or Bing Ads. Target bottom-of-funnel keywords to generate more inquiries. The important thing is having a good PPC agency because of click fraud and the need for strong negative keyword lists, especially to filter out jobseekers. PPC can work well, but in the wrong hands, you can waste a lot of money. Kasra Dash: Then you’ve got Meta ads—Facebook and Instagram. When someone scrolls Facebook, they might see your ad. There are two main setups: A) Lead forms—easy, users never leave Facebook, but quality is usually lower unless you add more qualifying questions. Answering questions on those platforms can generate local inquiries. Kasra Dash: Organic social media is a volume game. You want a consistent schedule—daily or weekly. For example, upload five videos per week and stick to it. Platforms like YouTube and Twitter rely heavily on consistency. James Dooley: What do you think about using AI agents for content? Could someone use tools like Nant to automate cropping videos and scheduling posts? Should people team up with an AI consultant? Kasra Dash: Yes, you can use AI agents to crop videos and autopublish across platforms. But I’d also focus on AI search. People are slowly moving from Google to AI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok. If your brand isn’t showing up on those models, you’ll miss out on leads. So AI search visibility should also be a priority.
